ABOUT BASHLEY FC
Founded in 1947 Bashley has a national following as a village team that walked with giants.
A semi-final of the FA Vase against Emley was watched by over 3000 spectators whilst an FA Cup 2nd round tie against league giants Swansea City made national headlines.
Playing in the Southern League Premier with managers, including such notaries as European Cup winners Jimmy Case and Frank Gray. the club reached play-offs for the National League and started the career of Premier League star Wade Elliot.

Today, ‘the Bash’ are a chartered community club with an accent on development. The First team play in the Wessex Premier with a second adult team (Bashley SFD) and U18s playing in the Hampshire Combination & Development League.
Bashley Girls are members of the Hampshire Youth League.
